We aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please read our shipping information below before placing your order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 working days. During busy periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Domestic Shipping: Typically 2–5 working days after dispatch
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control (such as courier delays or customs checks).
Safe Place Deliveries
If you choose to have your order delivered to a safe place, you acknowledge that the delivery is made at your own risk.
Once the courier has confirmed that your parcel has been delivered to the safe place you selected, we are not liable for any loss, theft, damage, or unauthorised removal of the parcel.
Please ensure that the safe place you provide is secure and suitable for leaving your delivery unattended. By selecting a safe place, you accept responsibility for the parcel once it has been delivered there.
If you do not wish to accept responsibility for a safe place delivery, we recommend selecting an alternative delivery option where a signature or direct handover is required.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information (if applicable), allowing you to follow your parcel’s journey.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist. While we will help wherever possible, we are not responsible for courier delays once an item has been dispatched.
Pre-Order Items
If your order includes a pre-order item, your parcel may be shipped once all items are in stock. Shipping times for pre-orders will be clearly stated on the product page.
